Virtual primary care is a completely virtual home for patients wanting a more convenient way to take care of routine preventive check-ups, mild chronic conditions, and prescription renewals.

Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health care is now available from the comfort of your home. Receive the same quality care you expect from Intermountain for your mild-to-moderate anxiety, depression, addiction, and more.

E-Visits

Connect Care E-Visits are another 24/7 option for receiving care without leaving home. Interact with our chatbot, Scout, about the symptoms you are experiencing and get a treatment plan back from a licensed, prescribing provider.

Physical Therapy

Our licensed physical therapists offer an on-demand acute assessment virtually with recommendations for personalized exercises that can be performed at home and recommendations for any necessary follow-up care or deeper assessments.

Lactation

Connect Care Lactation service allows you to have a video appointment from home with a certified lactation consultant who can help you navigate common lactation challenges and keep you and your baby healthy and happy.
