Should I call while driving?
No, DO NOT CALL WHILE DRIVING. The provider will immediately end the visit if you are driving.
Can I use my spouse's account to have a Connect Care visit?
No. Each adult must have their own account. Accounts are linked to your patient record. The patient must be present to be evaluated.
How do I update my contact info?
You can update your contact information in the Intermountain Health app or by calling our support center at 800-442-5502.
Can my primary care clinician see my visit to Connect Care?
If your primary care clinician is part of Intermountain Health, he or she will be able to see a note from your visit in the electronic health record.
