Partners will have access to Intermountain’s Care Process Models, build collaborative relationships with and learn from best-in-class specialists, and gain the benefits of partnering with a large healthcare system while maintaining independence. Clinical Coordination Teams, including intensivists and hospitalists, consult with onsite providers on the need for a transfer, optimize a patient for safe transport, and coordinate with the other Telehealth Support Services, including Transfer Center, Patient Placement, and Life Flight.
