Ingredients

  • 1 lb package whole wheat spiral noodles
  • 1 package part-skim mozzarella
  • 1 package part-skim Parmesan
  • 1 package low-fat sour cream
  • Seasonings

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare pasta according to the package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine noodles sour cream and mozzarella. Season to taste.
  4. Place pasta mixture into an oven safe 9x13” pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Bake 10 minutes or until noodles and Parmesan on top is light brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
