- 1 lb package whole wheat spiral noodles
- 1 package part-skim mozzarella
- 1 package part-skim Parmesan
- 1 package low-fat sour cream
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare pasta according to the package directions, omitting salt and fat.
- In a large bowl, combine noodles sour cream and mozzarella. Season to taste.
- Place pasta mixture into an oven safe 9x13” pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake 10 minutes or until noodles and Parmesan on top is light brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
