Chocolate-Banana-Peanut butter Smoothie
- 1/2 cup low fat milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter (all natural)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2-1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in the basin of a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy.
