You can think of Connect Care as a virtual InstaCare.

It connects you to basic medical care wherever you are and whenever you need it.

If your primary care provider is out of the office or had no same-day appointments, Connect Care can help you get assessed and treated for the following conditions:

  • Allergies
  • Colds
  • Cough (Croup requires an in-person visit)
  • Eye infections
  • Flu
  • Joint pains or strains
  • Lower pack pain
  • Minor skin problems
  • Painful urination (women only)
  • Sore throat
  • Stuffy and runny noses

If the Connect Care provider thinks you need to be seen in-person, they will refer you elsewhere and you will not be charged for your Connect Care visit.

Imaging, labs, and medication administration cannot be done during Connect Care appointments because they are virtual, Providers can still prescribe medications though.
