Pro Pack

This is our flagship training program scientifically designed and time tested to improve speed, agility, vertical jump, explosive power, and overall athleticism. We highly recommend 2-3 times a week on consecutive weeks. Each training session is 60 minutes, pre and post tests typically take 90 minutes. The program consists of the following:

  • 2 Performance tests (pre & post)
  • 10 Super treadmill sessions
  • 10 Agility/plyometric sessions
