Practicing mindfulness meditation for even a few minutes a day has been shown to help improve overall health and well-being and can be useful in managing stress.

Join us for a variety of live online guided mindfulness meditations. Sessions range from formal sitting meditation to mindful movement.  All are offered free of charge on a drop-in basis and each offers an opportunity to connect with the present moment and restore a sense of balance.

Each session is led by an experienced Intermountain mindfulness teacher.  Classes are reoccurring weekly and offered online at various times that last from 15-30 minutes.

Meditation Group with Marc
Tuesdays - 12:00-12:30pm

Mindfulness for Stress and Pain with Sean
Wednesdays - 1:00-1:15pm

Compassion Meditation with Marc
Thursdays - 1:30-2:00pm

Mindful Movement with Chanda
- 8:30-9:00am
