Sports Performance Training SPEED and POWER
Speed, strength, agility, and explosive power are trainable attributes and are at the core of every great athlete. Our Speed & Power packages are designed and proven to enhance every aspect of athleticism, all while scientifically reducing the risk of injury.
For optimal results, we recommend training 2 to 3 days per week at the indoor training center nearest you. Your schedule is arranged with your local facility.

Training includes speed training on our high-speed treadmills, plyometric and power training, and age-appropriate resistance training that will make your athlete better in every aspect of their game.
Package Options:
- 14 Sessions - $375 ($26 per session)
- 18 Sessions - $450 ($25 per session)
- 24 Sessions - $575 ($24 per session)
These packages will improve athleticism for all sports including football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, tennis, cross country, lacrosse, rugby, and track and field. Please complete the Speed and Power Training Liability and Waiver Form prior to registering for a package.
