Dennis and June Schnarr make a gift to bring peace to others
Dennis and June Schnarr made a generous gift to Intermountain Foundation at Cedar City hospital to construct a chapel at the Hospital for patients, families, and staff to use when they need a quiet place to grieve, find solace, meditate, or pray. The chapel was dedicated in memory of June, who recently passed away after a long, brave battle with cancer. June received care at Cedar City Hospital, and Dennis and June were very grateful for the wonderful, compassionate care they received there.
The chapel features a beautiful stained glass window of Kolob Canyon, a canyon just outside Cedar City, Utah. The stained glass was custom-made to memorialize the place that June drew so much peace and inspiration from as she battled her disease.
