Dontai Warner, PA-C is a family medicine Physician Assistant and works with Dr. David Tensmeyer at the Intermountain Layton Clinic. She received her bachelor’s degree from Weber State University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah.
She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, including sports medicine and cardiology. Her favorite part of family medicine is establishing relationships with her patients and helping them throughout their life. Dontai’s hobbies include: photography, four wheeling and camping with her family.
