Every patient's treatment is specialized to their needs. Our team focuses on more than just medicine. Treatments such as physical therapy, exercise, massage, and mental health treatments may also be recommended.

West-Jeremiah

Jeremiah West MD

Jeremiah West, MD, is a physiatrist at the Chronic Pain Management clinic. Dr. West received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He completed his internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch and his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern PM&R Residency Program.

Andrew Cardon is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received a bachelor’s of science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Brigham Young University and a bachelor’s of science in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. He has over 11 years with Intermountain Healthcare in clinical laboratory and InstaCare settings.
