Every spring, we host a special program to honor the children who have died at Primary Children's Hospital the previous year. This year’s Memorial Tribute will be held in person on May 22, 2022. The Memorial will also be broadcasted on Primary Children’s private You Tube channel if you prefer to join virtually.
Families who choose to participate are invited to send in a photo of their loved one with a special thought about that child. These photos are then part of a video presentation that is shown during the memorial event. Musical performances and other tributes will honor these children and their families. In order to participate in the Memorial Tribute please complete the authorization and registration forms below and email them to memorial@imail.org.
