The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition specializes in intestinal, hepatic, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. Our physicians are pediatricians first, meaning we are experts in the care of infants, children and young adults. Our physicians are all are board-certified pediatric gastroenterologists and faculty members at the University of Utah.
We conduct specialty clinics in liver disease and liver transplantation, comprehensive nutrition challenges, swallowing and feeding disorders, inflammatory bowel disease including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, intestinal failure, intestinal motility disorders, pancreatic disorders, cystic fibrosis, and general pediatric GI.
Our pediatric gastrointestinal specialists will walk you through your child’s diagnosis and develop a comprehensive treatment plan. We work closely with parents and primary care providers, to become partners in your child's care and treatment.

State-of-the-art care
We provide child specific endoscopy and motility equipment and currently building a interventional center with physicians performing endoscopic ultrasound and ERCP. We will also soon be offering telehealth services.
