Feeding and Swallowing Center

Children of all ages may be affected by feeding and swallowing problems. The causes are numerous and include, but are not limited to premature birth, birth defects, genetic disorders, food aversions, gastrointestinal disorders, environmental issues, respiratory problems, food allergies, trauma, and injuries.

The Feeding and Swallowing Center at Primary Children’s Hospital offers care for patients with feeding and swallowing challenges through the focused attention of a team of experts. Our center brings together experts from pediatric gastroenterology, pediatric psychology, nurse practitioner, speech-language pathology, and nutrition.
