Complex IBD Program

The Complex IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) Program at Primary Children's Hospital is one of the few places in the United States offering coordinated care with a multidisciplinary medical and surgical team for children and adolescents with Crohn’s Disease, ulcerative colitis, and other conditions related to inflammatory bowel disease. We focus on improving the quality of life for patients and their families as well as streamline care to provide a positive patient experience.

We have an experienced and established program with the Department of Gastroenterology who have cared for hundreds of children with IBD related conditions. Our clinic offers comprehensive care for the most complicated of these children who require or may require surgical intervention.
