Emersyn's Story

Emersyn Drollinger started collecting caps from her Cayston treatments and wondered what she could make with them.  Her Dad, who works as a nurse, brought her home a few more options of colors from his employment.  She wanted to make something that had to do with CF and we dreamed up a pair of colorful happy lungs.  Then she wanted to give them away to the people who help her lungs stay healthy.  It was a work of art, but mostly a work of love. She thanks the nurses, doctors, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and the whole team who helps keep her able to live and breathe with happy lungs and fill her life with all the color possible.

Pulmonary Provider

Our Cystic Fibrosis care team is led by several pediatric pulmonologists all of whom are board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric pulmonology. Pulmonologists are specialists who diagnose and treat diseases of the respiratory system -- the lungs and other organs that help you breathe. Our pulmonary providers work together with the rest of he multidisciplinary team to improve care and outcomes through partnering with patients and families.
