Partnering with employers for over 30 years in Utah and Southern Idaho, WorkMed clinics provide industrial injury care, drug testing, and employment-related physicals. As a preferred provider for Workers Comp Fund, we provide quality occupational health services while helping companies reduce workers’ compensation costs and lost productivity and comply with all federal, state, local, OSHA, DOT, ADA, and Utah Labor Commission guidelines.

We offer walk-in services for industrial injuries that are not immediately life- or health-threatening. Examples of the types of injuries seen in our clinics include minor trauma and repetitive strain injuries.

We're equipped to assess individuals' ability to perform crucial work tasks like bending and lifting. This evaluation aids in decisions regarding disability release and return-to-work readiness. We promptly send evaluation results to physicians, facilitating legal documentation support and treatment recommendations.

The Intermountain WorkMed Network Clinics provide quality employment physicals in a consistent manner while complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Some of the physical exams provided include:

  • Pre-employment physical
  • OSHA physical/questionnaire
  • Fitness for duty physical
  • FAA Certification Physical (only available at the Logan WorkMed)
  • Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
  • Respirator physical and/or respirator fit test
  • Return to work physical

Intermountain Health's clinics also provide testing including:

  • Audiometric
  • Pulmonary Function
  • Respirator Fit Testing
  • Vision Screening
  • X-rays and laboratory

Intermountain WorkMed alcohol and drug testing services are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Our clinics can recommend federally certified labs and qualified MRO services for your company. Our clinics are experienced in drug testing including:

  • Breath alcohol test (BAT)
  • Random screening
  • Post-accident
  • After-hours
  • Pre-employment
  • Follow-up
