Intermountain Home Delivery Pharmacy is the mail order contract pharmacy for various group plans with SelectHealth.

How to Get Started

We’ve made getting your medications from the Intermountain Home Delivery Pharmacy easy. There are three options to enroll yourself and your family members.

  1. Complete a Home Order Form and mail it to:

  2. Complete an Enrollment Form located at IntermountainRx.org/HomeDelivery.
  3. Call us at (801) 501-6910 or (855) 779-3960, and we can assist you with the entire process.

Intermountain Home Delivery Pharmacy works to provide you with the medications you need, delivered right to your home.

  • Personalized Service: we work closely with your doctors to set up your prescriptions for home delivery. You can receive a 90 day supply of medications so you don’t have to worry about filling your prescriptions every month.
  • No Extra Cost: We will ship your medications at no additional charge. Your prescriptions will arrive in unmarked, tamper-resistant packaging.
  • Quality Assurance: Our pharmacies use the same high-quality medications that you would receive from a retail pharmacy. Every prescription is checked by a pharmacist to make sure that it is filled safely and accurately.
  • Convenience: It is easy to request refills by phone or by our website.
