Going the Distance

At Intermountain Sports Performance, we know what it takes for an endurance athlete to go the distance. It’s time, dedication, miles, and a whole lot of guts. Our Performance Running adult athlete program is specially designed by our team to help improve stamina, strength, mobility, address and prevent both chronic and acute injuries, and dial in bio-mechanics.

Whether you’re new to running or have run multiple marathons and compete at the highest level, we have the program, the experts, and passion to help you go the distance.

Going for speed

Love it or hate it, running any distance isn’t only about finishing, it’s about how fast you do it. Be it records, personal bests, etc… you must chase something, and it takes speed to catch it. Your next race will be here before you know it. If you’re going the distance, do it with speed.
