Salt Lake Clinic – LGBTQ+ Health provides whole‑person primary care from clinicians trained in LGBTQ+ health. You’ll find preventive care, mental health support, sexual health services, and gender‑affirming care—plus convenient virtual visits statewide.

  • Preventive care & wellness: Annual exams, immunizations, nutrition counseling, and lifestyle support.
  • Screenings & chronic condition management: Age‑appropriate screenings and ongoing care for diabetes, hypertension, asthma, heart disease, and more. Onsite labs and X‑ray available.
  • Mental & behavioral health support: Screening and treatment for depression, anxiety, and stress, with referrals to mental health specialists as needed.
  • Sexual health & HIV prevention: STI testing, prevention, and treatment, HIV care, and access to PrEP and PEP with expert guidance.
  • Gender‑affirming care: Feminizing and masculinizing hormone therapy, lab monitoring, individualized plans, and referrals to LGBTQ+‑competent specialists.
  • Same‑day & urgent primary care: Appointments for minor illnesses or injuries, plus statewide virtual options.
