Connect Care makes it simple to get care without leaving home—whether you need urgent care, behavioral health support, or help managing pain. It’s convenient, affordable, and connected to the same trusted Intermountain Health teams you know.

What Services Are Available?

Connect Care offers a wide range of virtual services, including:

• On Demand
• Urgent Care (e-visits and video visits)
• Physical Therapy
• Scheduled Services
• Primary Care
• Behavioral Health
• Pain Management
• Nutrition
• Lactation

These services are provided by Intermountain Health caregivers and providers, ensuring your care is coordinated and high-quality.

How Does It Work?

Accessing Connect Care is easy

1. Log in to MyChart (or access without a MyChart account)
2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top corner of your screen).
3. Select the service you want from the drop-down menu.

• Connect Care Urgent Care 24/7 will take you to Urgent Care and Physical Therapy for an on-demand video visit.
• E-Visit will get you quick help without a video visit.
• Connect Care Scheduled Services will take you to everything else.

Most services are covered by insurance, often at little or no cost. Check your plan details for coverage of virtual visits through Intermountain.
