Two of our favorite flavors combined in a deceivingly healthy smoothie. If you're not ready to add in leafy veggies, but are searching for a way to boost your intake of "greens," kiwi is a good choice for you.
Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (if using fresh, you may want to add 1/2 cup ice)
- 2 whole kiwis
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2-1 cup low fat milk, soy milk, or almond milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp vanilla (optional)
Combine all ingredients in the basin of a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy.
