Green Berry Goodness Smoothie
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup low or nonfat milk
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (optional)
Combine ingredients in the basin of a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
