Back pain is the second most common reason people visit their doctor. Actually, over eighty percent of people will suffer from this condition at some point in their lives.  The good news is that most back pain is temporary and rarely caused by damage to your spine or another serious condition.  In most cases, individuals recover quickly on their own – at least to the point they can return to normal daily activities.
