    Intermountain Precision Genomics Matching Funds Up to $100K for NGS Projects

    What would you do with $100,000 in matching funds for research? That dream is now a reality with Intermountain Precision Genomics "Call for Proposals." Now accepting DNA sequencing project proposals and matching funds up to $100K, Intermountain seeks to accomplish translational research and help people live the healthiest lives possible.

    Call for Proposals

    This “Call for Proposals” seeks innovative translational research proposals leveraging Intermountain’s access to samples as well as its high-throughput next-generation sequencing capabilities. The application deadline is August 1, 2018 with funded projects announced by September 15, 2018. 

    1. For proposal requirements and information, visit the collaboration webpage on the Translational Science Center website
    2. Follow the submission outline on the website to create a brief submission including your contact and study information. 
    3. Submit your proposal to the Research Review Committee via email, mail, or fax before August 1, 2018.  

    “Through our support of translational research, we are helping scientists accelerate scientific discoveries into patient care across medical disciplines. This announcement is multi-disciplinary in nature and will provide support for innovative proposals that enable institutional and even global collaborations,” says Helaman Escobar, director of Intermountain’s Translational Science Center.
