“I was born in Colorado and grew up on the western slope. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Colorado at Boulder where I majored in integrative physiology with a public health certificate. I then pursued pharmacy school at Regis University in Denver. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to continue learning and improving at Lutheran Medical Center as a PGY1 resident. I love to read, listen to podcasts, and spend time with my dog, Daisy--a three-legged cattle dog.”

Nguyen Nguyen, PharmD

“Originally from Vietnam, I embarked on my American journey in 2010, and I've proudly called Colorado home ever since. I attended the University of Colorado to pursue both my undergraduate and pharmacy degrees. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for improving patient lives through pharmacy care. Witnessing firsthand the transformative impact of transplant medicine, I aspire to becoming a transplant pharmacist in the future. I'm thrilled to continue my learning journey at Lutheran Hospital, where I'll be honing my skills and knowledge in pursuit of this goal. Outside the pharmacy world, you'll often find me indulging my love for Vietnamese cuisine, hitting the slopes for some skiing adventures, discovering new coffee gems in the area, travelling to a different place, enjoying live concerts, or simply spending quality time with friends and catching a great show. I'm passionate about making connections, both in the world of pharmacy and beyond, and I'm excited to contribute to the Lutheran Hospital team.”
