Intermountain Health serves the health care needs of patients across the Intermountain West. The System Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist Manager and the Antimicrobial Stewardship Medical Director co-lead antimicrobial stewardship for the entire health system and guide 18 ID and antimicrobial stewardship pharmacists throughout the enterprise. These pharmacists work collaboratively to coordinate system-wide antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and serve on the Intermountain Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee that reports through the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
