Gift distribution was delayed because of manufacturing delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, but hammocks will now be mailed directly to caregivers’ homes starting July 1.

- Hammocks are branded either Intermountain Healthcare or SelectHealth and will come in respective brand colors.
- Gifts are being distributed by IP-Advertising and Promotions, another local Utah company. The package will come via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location.
- Be patient and don’t panic: Delivery timelines vary based on the shipment carrier. Watch for an update in a few weeks about what to do if you still haven’t received your gift.
- Some caregivers in rural locations last year received a package charge upon pickup by their local post office. To prevent this from happening again, any package that will require an extra charge will be returned to Intermountain and shipped using a different vendor. Caregivers impacted by this delay and re-shipment will be notified.
