Get $1,500 for referring friends and family to Intermountain and SelectHealth positions

Effective immediately, caregivers who refer qualified candidates who are hired into eligible roles will receive a referral bonus of $1,500 in their paycheck after the candidate has been with the organization for 60 days.

The Caregiver Referral Bonus program allows you to refer your contacts to apply for Intermountain and SelectHealth roles. The program has been expanded to include nearly 70 new eligible positions and almost double the bonus amount paid out previously. Roles that were previously worth a referral bonus of $200 to $800 are now eligible for the $1,500 bonus as well.

“We’ve had tremendous success in the past with our referral bonus program,” says Tiffiny Lipscomb, HR vice president. “With so many open positions right now, we decided to raise the bonus amount in hopes to incentivize caregivers even more to invite their qualified friends and family members to come work for our organization.”

  • Respiratory therapist
  • Registered nurse
  • Medical assistant
  • Software engineer
  • Environmental services tech
  • Member advocate
  • Coding analyst
  • Clinical lab assistant
  • Cook
  • Occupational therapist
  • OR tech
  • Patient services representative
  • Phlebotomist
  • Radiology tech
  • Social worker
  • Speech pathologist
  • Ultrasound tech

Temporary positions don’t qualify for the referral bonus.

To be eligible for the caregiver referral bonus, send your friends or family members a link to apply from Workday. Your referrals must apply using the link contained in the referral email that’s sent to them by Workday. Not using the link in the referral email means you won’t receive the bonus if they’re hired and retained for the 60 days. You’ll also be able to track your referrals in Workday. Get started.
