How To Get Your COVID-19 Test Results

Your sample will be sent to the lab and processed as soon as possible. We know it is important to get you results as soon as possible, and we have three ways to access them. Results are typically available in 72 hours or less, however turnaround time may increase if testing demand increases significantly. We recommend checking My Health+ for test results about one to two days after your test, and then continuing to check until your result is available.

3 Ways to Get Results

1. Mobile App
If you have a smart phone, download the My Health+ App from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up for an account in the app if you don't have an existing Intermountain My Health account. See instructions below.

2. Online
You can log on to our new My Health+ patient portal to view your results at Intermountain.com/MyHealthPlus. You can easily create a login if you do not already have one. For technical support or to access records of those you care for, call us at 800.442.5502.

3. Call
If you do not have access to a mobile device or computer, you can call the Intermountain COVID-19 Hotline at 844.442.5224 to ask about your test results.

To get your test results on the My Health+ App:

If you have questions about your results or how to treat symptoms, call your provider or the COVID-19 Hotline at 844-442-5224

    1. Select "Health Record" then "Test Results."

    2. If your COVID-19 results are in, select them.

  • DownloadMHPlus

    3. From there, you can easily download or print your test results yourself or email them.

  • Desktop

    Though My Health+ looks different online, it works the same as our app. Follow the instructions above.
