COVID-19 Hotline

Intermountain COVID-19 Hotline

The COVID-19 Hotline was setup to help communicate accurate messaging around COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), and help our communities understand how and when to access care related to COVID-19.

Symptoms of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) are: Fever, cough, or shortness of breath.

No to Mild Symptoms

Stay home if you’re experiencing no-to-mild symptoms. It’s important to practice bold social distancing measures. Rest, drink fluids, stay six feet away from others, cover coughs and sneezes, and wash your hands often.

Mild to Moderate Symptoms

Call the COVID-19 Hotline, for more information click here, if you have mild-to-moderate symptoms. A healthcare professional will assess your risk for COVID-19. If testing is needed, a medical order will be provided and you’ll be directed to a testing site.

Severe Symptoms

For severe symptoms, visit an emergency room or dial 9-1-1.

COVID-19 Testing

Because there is currently no treatment for COVID-19, a positive test—especially for normally healthy individuals—will likely result in advice from your doctor to stay home and self-isolate. Processing of COVID-19 tests will be prioritized based on risk factors due to high demand. If you haven’t received follow-up and your symptoms have worsened, please contact the COVID-19 Hotline, for more information click here, or your provider.
