He's informative about the procedure he offers but I appreciate that when I ask questions about other potential procedures he would honestly answer idk and then even added if you find another treatment that helps please let me know so he could inform other patients. I was impressed.

Dr. Brockbank is the best, I would recommend him to anyone. Makes you feel comfortable. Doesn't seem to be in a hurry when he is with you and explains everything in a manor in which you can understand.

The doctor answered all of my questions, explained what was in store for the future, and even extended his arms to help me from a laying position on the exam table to a sitting position. I noticed this small act of kindness . Dr. Brockbank is a very kind, knowledgeable, and easy-to-talk to surgeon.

The doctor was so warm and friendly. He explained the procedure of gallbladder removal very thoroughly and even drew a diagram. Told me all the risks and potential post-surgery digestive changes I'll experience. He didn't assume I wanted the surgery or persuade me to get it, he asked if I wanted it after our conversation. He also went through the consent forms with me. Very positive experience and I have all the trust in his abilities to perform the surgery next week!

Dr. Brockbank listened patiently, went to check a test result and came back quickly to explain result, was compassionate for my distress, spoke to me intelligently about what was going on, what he believed needed to be done at this point and why. It was comforting to know I was in competent and compassionate care, as well as given opportunity to discuss and decide and agree with treatment. I was not just another surgery, but his patient he could help with surgery he knew just what to do.

Dr. Brockbank has a friendly, professional manner about him. She is knowledgeable, speaks in terms I can understand, is patient, and very very good at his job. I always feel safe in his competent hands, as this is the second procedure I have had with him. I highly recommend Dr. Brockbank.

Was nervous about having surgery on this very sensitive part of the body and have been putting it off for years. If I would have known it would be such a simple and practically pain free procedure I would have done it earlier. I know Dr. Brockbank is a great surgeon, because I've talked to other people who have had a hemorrhoidectomy and they all told me how painful it is and how long the recovery is which rightfully scared me off. However, I was lucky to find Dr. Brockbank because he made the whole process so quick and easy . The Incision Is clean and very small and I can tell he did a very thorough job. Highly recommend! Dr. Brockbank Has incredible bedside manner he's very kind very sympathetic knowledgeable and explains things to you so that you understand from a medical standpoint. He's probably one of my favorite doctors now. Highly knowledgeable and my incision was very minimal.
