Bio
Kelly has over 30 years of experience in medical practice, graduate medical education, and healthcare leadership. Over his career he has been the Medical Director of a New York-based concierge medical group and Deputy Health Director of the City of Alexandria, Virginia. His focus has been on wellness and preventive medicine. Kelly served his country for over 22 years in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of Colonel. In his varied assignments he cared for military families in Turkey, taught Family Practice residents, and led numerous Department of Defense programs in preventive medicine and health promotions, healthcare benefits, and clinical quality improvement. He also served as Deputy CEO at the Mike O'Callaghan Federal Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada Kelly and his wife recently moved from Alexandria, Virginia. They have two adult daughters. As a family, they enjoy hiking, traveling, and gardening.
