Our immersive, intensive, and highly-interactive program focuses on key attributes and competencies such as vision, integrity, resilience, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, implicit bias, and stakeholder alignment. The emphasis is on practical knowledge and experiences that enable participants to immediately apply the lessons they learn.
The Format
Fall 2024: Our Fall 2024 program will begin in person October 8-11 at the beautiful Kem C. Gardner Transformation Center in Murray, Utah. Participants will have one virtual session on October 25 and will return to the Transformation Center November 11-15 for the conclusion of the program. We place a heavy emphasis on interactive class instruction, simulations, case study discussion, and small-group problem solving, and individualized learning experiences. Participants appreciate the opportunity for in-person interaction with faculty, fellow participants and the Institute staff. Tuition is $14,250 USD, lodging and meals included.
