Our immersive, intensive, and highly-interactive program focuses on key attributes and competencies such as vision, integrity, resilience, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, implicit bias, and stakeholder alignment. The emphasis is on practical knowledge and experiences that enable participants to immediately apply the lessons they learn.

The Format

In 2023, the Institute will offer two programs:

Spring 2023: This program will be entirely virtual, while still providing interactive class instruction, simulations, case study discussions, small group problem solving, and individualized learning experiences. Our virtual cohorts are held to the highest of teaching standards and have received the same exceptional ratings as our hybrid programs. Two-hour sessions are held on Friday mornings each week, with extra sessions during the opening and closing weeks of the program. The program begins February 3, 2023 and concludes on May 5, 2023. This virtual curriculum option is particularly advantageous for leaders with significant time or travel constraints. Tuition is $8,000 USD.

Fall 2023: Our Fall 2023 hybrid program will begin in person October 3-6, 2023 at the beautiful Kem C. Gardner Transformation Center in Murray, Utah. The program then continues virtually for four weeks with once-a-week, two-hour virtual sessions. Participants then return to the Transformation Center November 7-10, 2023, for the conclusion of the program. We place a heavy emphasis on interactive class instruction, simulations, case study discussion, and small-group problem solving, and individualized learning experiences. Participants appreciate the opportunity for in-person interaction with faculty, fellow participants and the Institute staff.Tuition is $14,250 USD, lodging and meals included.
