Our immersive, intensive, and highly-interactive program focuses on key attributes and competencies such as vision, integrity, resilience, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, implicit bias, and stakeholder alignment. The emphasis is on practical knowledge and experiences that enable participants to immediately apply the lessons they learn.
The Format
Fall 2023: Our Fall 2023 program will begin in person October 3-6, 2023 at the beautiful Kem C. Gardner Transformation Center in Murray, Utah. Participants then return to the Transformation Center November 6-10, 2023, for the conclusion of the program. We place a heavy emphasis on interactive class instruction, simulations, case study discussion, and small-group problem solving, and individualized learning experiences. Participants appreciate the opportunity for in-person interaction with faculty, fellow participants and the Institute staff. Tuition is $14,250 USD, lodging and meals included.
