Our immersive, intensive, and highly-interactive program focuses on key attributes and competencies such as vision, integrity, resilience, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, implicit bias, and stakeholder alignment. The emphasis is on practical knowledge and experiences that enable participants to immediately apply the lessons they learn.
Participants start the program by attending a three-and-a-half-day immersive week, in-person. Leaders will then return home for five weeks, where they will engage in weekly two-hour virtual sessions. In November, participants return for a second three-day immersive week to conclude the program. Sessions are designed to allow participants to learn in exciting and innovative ways, including collective and individual work, an individual assessment, case studies, simulation, and coaching. In addition to these sessions, participants will join small group discussions throughout the program.
