Great leaders rarely nominate themselves. If you know a physician, nurse, manager, or emerging leader who would benefit from strengthening their leadership skills, invite them to join the Developing Trusted & Effective Leaders cohort. This accredited leadership development experience helps participants build trust, improve communication, navigate complexity, and lead others with greater confidence and effectiveness. Participants may also earn up to 48 CME/CNE credits. Have someone on your team who has leadership potential but little experience? Nominate them for the Foundations of Leadership cohort, designed for newer managers or people with high management potential who are ready to set a strong foundation of how they want to lead.
