Intermountain Foundation's distinguished volunteer leadership community

The Intermountain Foundation Assembly is a distinguished body of 150 volunteer leaders selected for their exceptional influence and impact within their communities These dedicated individuals act as trusted advisors to Intermountain Health and Foundation leaders and provide guidance and support around the organization’s mission and philanthropic priorities across all our regions.

At its helm, the Assembly President—an ex officio role held by the Vice Chair of the Foundation Board—provides strategic guidance, complemented by the Catholic Mission Integration Liaison, a representative from the Leaven Ministries Board. The Assembly is further supported by the Intermountain Foundation President and Vice Presidents, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational priorities and mission-driven excellence.

Establishing strong Partnerships has been critical to serving our communities in the most meaningful ways possible. The Intermountain Foundation Assembly is where our greatest achievements take flight.

Assembly Member Responsibilities

Give Before Encouraging Others
...Assembly members are asked to personally give commensurate to their means. A baseline giving level of $2,500 (or higher) annually has been established.

Serve as a Proactive Ambassador
...for Intermountain Health, its facilities, programs and services, and caregivers, proudly sharing our mission and impact with your social and professional networks.

Engage Strategically
...by connecting your circle of influence, facilitating introductions, attending events, and supporting key initiatives and campaigns.

Collaborate with Peers & Leaders
...through annual gatherings, selecting and opting to support Cabinet opportunities focused on targeted philanthropic initiatives, and ongoing dialogue with Intermountain leadership.

Assembly members are passionate changemakers who partner with Intermountain Foundation to achieve aspirations that once seemed out of reach. They share their expertise, networks, and passions to inspire others, amplify philanthropic impact, & foster healthier communities.
In addition to bringing specific expertise to the Assembly, members can organize and join unique Cabinets focused on targeted, time-sensitive philanthropic activities. They participate in fundraising and engagement campaigns, & collaborate with Intermountain Health & Foundation leaders to support successful health outcomes.
