Flight Arrangements

Flights should be scheduled on your own. Intermountain IPCE and the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Board Review Course are not financially responsible for your flight or flight arrangements. If you need assistance in making your flight arrangements, please contact Jacki Vernon in Intermountain Travel Services via phone at 801-442-3196 or email at Jacki.Vernon@imail.org and she will be happy to assist you.

Transportation to the airport at the close of the meeting will be provided. If possible, please make your flight departure time after 7:00 PM on Monday the 11th of September to ensure adequate travel time after the course.

Transportation

As a participant in the Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Core Curriculum Review course, complimentary bus service will be provided to and from the conference location. This service is only available if you are staying at the Residence Inn Marriott Salt Lake City Murray.

*If you miss or choose not to ride the bus, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.

The airport TRAX line is also open for service. For more information visit www.rideuta.com.

If you choose to take a taxi to Intermountain Medical Center, the address is 5131 South Cottonwood Street (about 5300 South and 300 West). The Doty Family Education Center is located on the northwest side of the Intermountain Medical Center campus.

If you stay at another hotel, you must provide your own transportation to and from Intermountain Medical Center.
