Heber Valley Clinic

  • Expanded the number of exam rooms (2020)

  • Increased the number of primary care physicians and care teams  (Put a link in to our FPs, Ped, and IM—once recruited)
  • Expanded Cardiology Services with Intermountain Heart
  • Adding clinic access to Urology, Behavioral Health, and Pain Management

  • Connect-Care for non-urgent acute care needs
  • Tele-NICU for immediate access to neonatologists at birth in our Labor and Delivery department
  • Night time Tele-hospitalists—physicians specializing in inpatient medicine and located in Salt Lake oversee care and treatment of inpatients at night.
  • Tele-Oncology
  • Tele-Stroke for immediate access to neurologists in the Emergency Department
  • Tele-Crisis Care for behavioral health assessment and support during acute episodes
  • Tele-Nephrology for patients staying in the hospital who have ESRD (May need to check with Seth Southwick if that is the right way to say it)
  • Tele-Wound for inpatients or outpatient consultation
  • Tele-Infectious Disease for inpatient consultation
