Referral process

The admissions office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you call after hours, please leave a message, and a member of our Admissions Team will return your call within 24 business hours. The admissions phone number is (303) 318-1758.

Admissions will request information about the child's behavioral health history and reason for seeking treatment services. Documentation requested may include past therapeutic records, psychological assessments, Individual Education Plans (IEP), and any other relevant information. The intake team will work with the referral source throughout the admissions process. If we are unable to provide services, the intake team will recommend alternative resources.
