Who can Volunteer?

If you are over 18 and enjoy helping people, there is a place for you at LDS Hospital. Volunteer shifts are four hours, once a week, with an asked commitment of at least six months.

Junior Volunteers

The Junior Volunteer Program provides an excellent opportunity for young people between the ages of 14 and 17 to give service, meet people, learn new skills, and gain valuable experience in a hospital environment.

  • Applicants must be 14 years of age or older as of June 1st.
  • Program runs each summer, beginning in June and ending in August.
  • Opportunities are available online beginning in March, with a deadline in April.
  • Must commit to one four-hour shift in the same department for the program's 10 weeks.
