Getting started with Medical Nutrition Therapy

A registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) can recommend long-term changes to your eating habits which can help treat and prevent life-long medical conditions. It can also help improve your overall health. Our team of registered dietitian nutritionists can help you meet your lifestyle or sports performance goals through creating a well-designed eating plan with you.

We offer two types of nutrition therapy:

Nutrition Consultations

As part of this assessment, our registered dietitian looks into how well you’re eating and your medical history. After that, we will work with you to make a plan to meet your goals for a healthier lifestyle. Our registered dietitians will suggest changes which have been proven to work for medical conditions that require tweaks to your food intake.

Our registered dieticians can help you with:

  • Adjusting your nutrition for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, food allergies, stomach problems, and weight management
  • Improving your relationship with food
  • Help with meal planning
  • Long-term behavior changes including goal setting and accountability and follow-up
