When you are pregnant, you want the best for you and your baby. At Intermountain OB/GYN Specialists, we are committed to providing you with the best prenatal and postnatal care available. We also work to help you have a positive and supportive child birth experience. Our clinic is located in the Gardner Women’s Center at Intermountain Medical Center. Which means that all of your pre- and postnatal appointments, labs, ultrasounds, and even your babies’ delivery can be done in the same building.
Our providers deliver more than 150 new babies a month. While we hope that every pregnancy can be normal, we realize that many of our patients need doctors who can help them through high risk pregnancies. When we are serving high risk patients, we collaborate closely with experienced maternal fetal medicine specialists. In addition, our patients deliver the Gardner Women’s Center, which houses a state-of-the-art Level 3 NICU. We understand the worries that come with a high-risk pregnancy. Our experienced professionals will be with you every step of the way, until you bring your precious baby home.
We provide the following obstetric services:
- Routine prenatal checkups
- Labor and Delivery
- Breastfeeding support
- Childbirth Education
- High risk pregnancy care
- Post-partum care
- Referral to local pediatricians
- Postpartum depression care
- Genetic testing
- Miscarriage care and treatment
During a normal pregnancy, our doctors will see you every four to six weeks until the last two months a pregnancy. At that point, you will visit with your doctor every one to three weeks, or as necessary. Call to learn more about what we can do for you and your baby.
