Robert Allen

Robert Allen

Robert Allen is chief executive officer of Park City Hospital (formerly Park City Medical Center) and also serves as Vice President of Clinical and Outreach Services for Intermountain Healthcare. He has served as CEO of hospitals in Wyoming, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Utah, and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He received his MBA from Utah State University and BS in operations management from Brigham Young University. An active member of his community, Robert has twice been chairman of the Wyoming Hospital Association, and has served on the boards of several chambers of commerce, foundations and other organizations. A native of Wyoming, Robert enjoys golf, skiing and hiking with his wife Becky and three children, Taylor, Teri, and Jami.

Dr. Wain Allen

Dr. Wain Allen is a graduate of the University of Utah, BA Cum Laude in Chemistry. He received his medical degree from George Washington University Medical School and completed his residency in Family Medicine at DeWitt Army Hospital in Virginia. Dr. Allen has been in private practice in Coalville and Kamas since 1984 and currently holds staff privileges at Park City Hospital (formerly Park City Medical Center), Heber Valley Medical Center, McKay Dee Hospital, Primary Children’s Medical Center, University of Utah Hospital and Salt Lake Regional Medical Center. He and his wife of 39 years, Rebecca, are the proud parents of four children and five granddaughters.

Beth Armstrong

Beth Armstrong joined Park City Hospital's (formerly Park City Medical Center) Governing Board in 2011. She brings with her extensive healthcare experience, including more than 25 years in hospital administration at such notable organizations as Cedars Sinai Cancer Center, Northridge Medical Center and Hospital of the Good Samaritan. She currently is the Executive Director of People's Health Clinic in Park City, a non-profit clinic which provides healthcare to the uninsured of Summit and Wasatch Counties. She is also on the board of the American Hospital Association, KPCW Radio, Park City Public Arts Advisory Board, the Promontory Foundation and the Executive Council of the Utah Symphony/Utah Orchestra. Beth, her husband Roger and 21-year-old son Brett enjoy all that Park City has to offer, including world-class skiing, hiking, biking, and golf.

Lynn D. Bleil

Lynn D. Bleil joined the Park City Hospital (formerly Park City Medical Center) Governing Board in May 2014, after a 25+ year healthcare consulting career as a Senior Partner (Director) of McKinsey & Company, where she led the West Coast Healthcare Practice and advised senior management and Boards of leading healthcare services and life sciences companies on strategy, organization, and operations. She retired from McKinsey in December 2013 to pursue Board Director roles with private and public healthcare companies, and re-located with her family from Southern California to Park City. She is currently on the Board of two public companies - DST Systems (Kansas City, MO) and Auspex Pharmaceuticals (La Jolla, CA) - and also on the USSA Foundation Board of Trustees. Lynn holds a B.S.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lynn, her husband Rick, and son Jake enjoy all that Park City has to offer - especially skiing, hiking and music.

Rich Bukovinsky earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 from Westminster College, and has 20 years of experience in Health Benefit Administration. He has an in-depth knowledge of large-group health benefits with a focus on wellness plans. Throughout his career, Rich has facilitated the merger of several health benefit companies, served as president and CEO of Regional Insurance Managers, has been a managing partner of Scripworld (PBM), served as president of national sales for Performax and was president of national sales operations for Meritain Health, where he is now currently a managing director. Rich has lived in Park City for 16 years.

Nenna De Camps

Nenna De Camps has been a Park City resident since 2005. A native of Venezuela; she moved to the US in 1999 and became a US Citizen. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1998 from UNITEC. Ms. De Camps main interest is to advocate for the wellbeing of by prioritizing their education, mental health, fitness, relationships, housing and nutrition. She believes all these areas are equally important for success. Ms. De Camps worked as the Housing Program Manager at Mountainlands Community Housing Trust for the last six years successfully coaching more than three hundred homeless Park City families towards financial self-sufficiency. Ms. De Camps participation was instrumental in the creation of the first affordable child care in Park City which she named PC Tots and designed PC Tots logo. Before joining Mountainlands she worked as the Senior Marketing Assistant for a large warehouse of home improvements products, EPA. Ms. De Camps loves to enjoy the outdoors with her two daughters Valerie and Bianca.

Lee Gerstein, MD

Lee Gerstein, MD, is a full-time resident of Park City. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston University, graduating magna cum laude and received the Alumni Association Award in Biology. He received his medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine, and completed his Anesthesiology residency with specialty training in Cardio-Thoracic Anesthesia at Tufts-New England Medical Center. Dr. Gerstein is currently Vice Chair of the Governing Board of the Park City Hospital, past President of the Board of Directors of the National Ability Center, a former member of the Board of Temple Har Shalom in Park City, and is a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight and for LightHawk. He is married and has five children.

Eric R. Hermann resides in Park City and holds a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.  He has been active in international finance for over 30 years, advising and managing a variety of funds investing in emerging markets debt.  He was responsible for African sovereign and corporate banking relationships at The Chase Manhattan Bank, helped establish the emerging markets corporate finance and fixed income teams at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and, in 1989, founded FH International Financial Services, Inc.  In addition to his work in finance, Mr. Hermann has in recent years devoted significant time to biotech. He has been an investor since 2005 in a biotech startup, Curemark, LLC, and currently serves as one of its Directors.  He is married, with 5 children and 2 grandchildren.

Colette Herrick, CEO of Insight Shift, has over thirty years’ experience in clinical and corporate health care. She was an integral part of the leadership team that launched and developed the Utah Cardiac Transplant Consortium from the University of Utah, and went on to corporate leadership roles with a biotech division of Johnson & Johnson. Since 2003, she has provided Executive and Leadership Coaching, and Organizational Consulting services predominately in healthcare. With degrees in nursing and communications, she has authored more than a dozen articles in peer-reviewed journals such as the American Journal of Medicine, International Journal of Heart Transplantation, and Critical Care Quarterly. She is the President-Elect of Utah Women’s Forum, past president of the YWCA Utah and an advocate for racial, social and environmental justice. A Mimi of twin granddaughters, she and her husband, Allan Ainsworth, enjoy traveling, hiking and savoring time with family and friends.

Thomas R. Hodgson was President and Chief Operating Officer of Abbott Laboratories, where he spent 27 years serving in a variety of management positions.  Mr. Hodgson is a trustee of Rush University Medical Center, and is a member of the board of directors of The Travelers Companies, Inc.  Mr. Hodgson holds a BS in chemical engineering from Purdue, an MS in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in engineering by Purdue University.

Dr. Joseph Morelli

Dr. Joseph Morelli is a graduate of the University of Virginia. He received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and completed his residency and pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian and Babies Hospital of Columbia University. He spent 15 years in private practice on the North shore of Long Island prior to relocating to Park City Hospital (formerly Park City Medical Center) in 2009. Joe is the immediate past chief of the Department of Anesthesiology at Park City Hospital. He and his wife Dr. Barbara Wirostko are the proud parents of 4 children.

Patrick Putt

Patrick Putt

Patrick Putt serves as the board chairman at Park City Hospital (formerly Park City Medical Center).  He is the Community Development Director for Summit County, Utah and an auxiliary professor at the University of Utah in the Department of City and Metropolitan Planning. He previously served as the Planning Director for Park City Municipal Corporation from 1995 to 2008, and was closely involved in the planning, development and execution of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. He has worked in some of the Mountain West’s most rapidly changing communities, including Flagstaff and Sedona, AZ., and Breckenridge, CO. Patrick holds a BS in urban planning and an MA in public history from Northern Arizona University. He is married to his wife Andrea and is the father of four sons.

Coleen Reardon

Coleen Reardon has been employed at Deer Valley Resort for the last twenty-three years. With the acquisition of Solitude Mountain Resort in May of 2015, Coleen was promoted to Brand Director for Deer Valley Resorts.  As Brand Director, Ms. Reardon is responsible for overseeing all of the marketing and communications efforts for both Deer Valley and Solitude and events department at Deer Valley and monitored the logistics and production for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, 2003 and 2011 Freestyle FIS World Championships, US Ski Team’s 1999 Nationals and 2001 Gold Cup competitions and annual freestyle World Cup events. Ms. Reardon was a member of Ski Utah’s marketing committee and currently serves on the Park City Chamber and Visitor’s Bureau’s Marketing Council. She also serves on the Utah Advisory Board for the Sundance Film Festival and on the Board of Directors for Park City Hospital (formerly Park City Medical Center). In 2011, she was awarded Business Woman of the Year by the Park City Women’s Business Network and in 2012 received a Utah Business SAMMY award. Coleen is a native of California who resides in Park City, Utah.

He also responsible for establishing start up companies within the group specializing in advanced communication applications offering data driven one to one addressable advertising solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the City University of NY. Rino and his wife Laraine are full time residents of Park City and enjoy skiing, hiking, and cycling.

Janice Ugaki

Janice Ugaki is the President and Co-Founder of Firmseek, an award-winning marketing and technology company based in Washington, DC. Before starting her company 17 years ago, Janice lectured at Harvard Law School, designed and taught courses at Harvard College, and worked in the corporate departments of law firms in Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, Boston and Salt Lake City. Janice received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah with an Honors B.S. in Finance, an Honors B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Japanese. She is currently the Chair of the Park City Hospital Foundation Board, serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Association of American Rhodes Scholars, she is the Co-Chair for the University of Utah Honors College National Advisory Board, a Board of Trustees for the Park City Museum and a Board Member for the Park City Education Foundation. Janice is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah's Honors College where she teaches an Honors Leadership Colloquium. She is married to Doug Greally and they have two kids and live in Park City.
