Practice Focus
Dr. McColgan works as a short-term psychiatric consultant within the primary care setting as part of the Mental Health Integration (MHI) model. Patients who wish to see Dr. McColgan must be referred by a primary care provider at one of the clinics where Dr. McColgan works, so that they can continue to get the care they need after they complete their visits with the consulting psychiatrist. If you need to meet with a psychiatrist but do not have a primary care provider at one of these clinics, or if you need long-term psychiatric treatment rather than short-term consultation, please discuss other options with your primary care provider, or call 833-442-2211 to get more information about Behavioral Health services available through Intermountain.
