Class topics include physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and motherhood, warning signs, nutrition, labor signs and the process of labor, birth plans, pain management options, labor complications, hospital care, communication, postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding.

We highly recommend 2-3 times a week on consecutive weeks. Each training session is 60 minutes, pre and post tests typically take 90 minutes.
