The Centers for Disease Control says that variants pose a threat that could reverse the improvements we’re seeing nationwide in new cases and hospitalizations.
Taught by a Registered Nurse. This class teaches that birth is normal, natural, and healthy. Class topics include physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and motherhood, warning signs, nutrition, labor signs and the process of labor, birth plans, pain management options, labor complications, hospital care, communication, postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
