Intermountain Taylorsville Family Practice offers diabetic education for patients and families of those with diabetes and pre-diabetes. Our team consists of a registered nurse and a registered dietitian who are both Certified Diabetic Educators. Our educators provide the most up-to-date and accurate education available. We believe that education is a powerful tool that can help make living with diabetes easier.

Classes will be held at Taylorsville Clinic in the 2nd floor conference room. 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, 3 pm – 5 pm. Call 801-840-2100 to register for free!

Individual one hour appointments will be offered with Cindy Clymore every Monday from 8 am – 4 pm and Wednesday from 8 am –10:30 am. An appointment is required and can be scheduled with our front desk staff or by calling 801-840-2100.
