COVID-19 Update

Our Pilates team has made necessary changes to our program to ensure the safest environment possible during COVID-19. We ensure safety by screening all who enter the studio for any symptoms, requiring masks to be worn during the Pilates in-person classes, enforcing bold social distancing, reorganizing the studio’s equipment to be farther apart, and reducing in-person class attendance from 9 participants to 6. All participants use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the facility and studio, and hospital-grade cleaning solution is used to clean equipment and high-touch areas between every class. Straps that are used are cleaned and hung to dry for an hour. If you are more comfortable staying at home, please consider registering for our online classes, or view our free YouTube classes. There is something for everyone no matter your income, location, or schedule!
