When you come to TOSH, you will meet with a team of expert therapists who will help identify and treat the source of your knee pain. If surgery is required to fix your problem, they’ll use proven therapy methods to help you heal after your surgery. Our goal is to help you regain full activity and return to your desired level of function.

Our therapists treat people recovering from many common knee conditions, such as:

  • ACL reconstruction
  • Total knee replacements
  • Arthroscopic surgeries
  • Patellofemoral pain
  • IT band syndrome
  • Patella tendonitis
  • Arthritis
  • Fractures

What to expect

At your first appointment, your physical therapist will do a thorough evaluation to assess your range of motion, flexibility, strength and gait. They’ll use this information to create an individualized treatment program, which will include a home exercise program.

Specialized video technology can be used to test such things as your running and kicking form. If you are recovering from ACL reconstruction, we have an ACL Bridge Program which helps bridge the gap between physical therapy and your return to sports.
