Here at TOSH we have started something that has benefited the community and our fellow employees: TOSH FIT (Focused Individualized Training). This training program is designed to help individuals who want to get in shape, lose weight, and improve their overall health. Through our small group (6 people or less) 30 minute workout sessions our goal is to help individuals build upper and lower body strength, increase cardiovascular fitness, and improve balance.

What is TOSH FIT?

TOSH FIT is 30 minute workout classes for anyone who is 18 years of age and older. Workouts rotate between:

  • Arms
  • Legs
  • Core
  • Cardio and legs
  • Agility and balance

There is a "workout of the day" that is written on the board and a trainer is there to help take you through the workout. Trainers are there for your support, making sure your form is correct, and to help with any modifications needed to be made according to individual needs. The workouts change each time, bringing a fresh challenge to both old and new exercises.

Personalized Training Sessions

TOSH FIT clients can receive 12 personalized training sessions with a TOSH sports trainer that can be used at an individual's own pace, for $60. To learn more about the Personalized Sessions please call TOSH Sports Science at 801-314-2996.

Class Schedule

Monday: 6 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Wednesday: 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Thursday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

Friday: 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Meet our TOSH FIT Trainers


McKenzie Evans

McKenzie Evans is an Exercise Specialist with the TOSH Sports Science Department. She trains athletes in TOSH's speed and agility program, those with arthritis in the Advanced Arthrofit class, and those adults wanting to be healthier with the FIT program. She is a graduate from BYU-Hawaii with a bachelors degree in exercise science and sports medicine. She enjoys sports, with an extra love for Soccer which she has played collegiately and beyond. 

Sterling Meisner

Sterling is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and University of Utah graduate. She has a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science and is working on her master's degree in Sports Conditioning and Performance. In college, she developed a passion for fitness an every-growing fascination of the human body. Sterling makes it her personal mission to be a source of information for her clients, and to create a unique, enjoyable, and personalized experience to help each other reach their goals. Health and wellness can be a fun and exciting journey, and she wants to help YOU find happiness through fitness!
